Their hearts met during a chance encounter in India. Cassy from Australia and Ilan from Israel, they literally came from opposite sides of the world. Although they didn’t know it yet, that first meeting would lead to others, then travelling together, messages, Skype, and phone calls. Until Cassy made Aliyah, and the rest is history…
When planning their wedding it was important to them to keep it small and intimate, as well as to try and recreate some of the essence and feelings of their time in India. I don’t think they could have done it any better.
The whole day you could tell they were surrounded by love, and we were so incredibly honored to be there to capture it…
People often talk of the warm, bright, Mediterranean light we get here in Israel, but there is something so special and unique about the softer light of winter and the colors it produces on film…
It was especially fitting that the day we had scheduled for Cassy and Ilan’s session was one such over-cast day, since they are both self-proclaimed fans of winter and all that comes with it. Clouds, cool wind, and rain all come along with cups of tea, hot soups, warm coats and cuddling with those you love…

Staci and Avi’s wedding took place at Baya’ar, nested in an enchanting forest and filled with the most beautiful moments. It was lovely to work with Elisheva Goldman who designed and coordinated the entire day perfectly.
Staci began her preparations at her parents’ home, surrounded by a calm atmosphere and close friends…

Last year, just as the air became crisp and sun began to fall earlier, we had the honor of photographing Karni and Alon’s wedding at Ganei Cana’an in the stunning Kibbutz Na’an.
